For over 30 years, our team of fractional marketing Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) has worked with master-planned developers and homebuilders to take their communities from land to brand to sell-out.

We start at the beginning, during the due diligence period, to work with the development team to determine what the land can and should be. We design the charettes to bring all the various partners together to brainstorm, argue, and envision the blank canvas into a sustainable, lifestyle-focused community.

We take the information from the charette, and we envision the brand, the target personas, the products, and the land plan, and we present the storyboards to the team for the next iteration of envisioning. We champion the best ideas to create the brand, and we use those ideas to tell the story to the community to ensure the stakeholders and constituents understand the beauty of what we are creating.

Then we work with the developer or builder’s marketing team to take the community to the customer. We connect with customers by developing opportunity spaces through performing market research and listening. Then, we engage stakeholders to test those findings against their realities and design customer experience journeys, create integrated communications, and go-to-market plans.

We clarify value propositions, define messaging, and we work closely with the marketing team to launch strategic and targeted marketing campaigns designed to engage, inspire, and motivate your customers and deliver results.

We source the best advertising and marketing agency to take the brand to the consumer and work closely with the internal and external teams to ensure that the community is positioned for success and high return on investment. We understand the financial side of the development business and work closely with the operations, finance, and construction teams to ensure that the development is created to ensure the right product mix and provide the best valuation of the project.
