REGINA MARSTON
Regina is a passionate marketing executive with over 20 years of experience leading and directing the marketing and advertising activities for a variety of companies and organizations. Her background and experience include developing integrated marketing plans, budgets that deliver ROI, managing advertising, public relations, social media, digital marketing, experiential events, education platforms, website development, and content strategy, all while leading teams to deliver results while having fun and meeting challenges with a spirit of collaboration and excellence.
Regina has experience in leading the marketing efforts for national homebuilders, land developers, high-tech startups, restaurants, healthcare, architects, wineries, solar providers and electric and water utilities. She has led marketing campaigns for large-scale residential master planned developers and homebuilders across the nation including Newland Communities, Lowe Enterprises, Sun Cal, Lake Nona/Tavistock Development, Lewis Management, Taylor Morrison, Pulte Homes, Centex Homes, Ryland Homes, Park Square Homes and others. She has also directed marketing campaigns for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Maryland, San Diego Gas & Electric, Arizona Public Service, Pacific Gas & Electric, Southern California Edison, the CPUC, CEC, Horizon Solar Power/Sungevity, and Energy Upgrade California, the state of California’s energy management brand and social marketing campaign.
A graduate of the University of Florida with a B.S., Communications, Regina can be found every Saturday during football season glued to the TV watching SEC football. Regina is actively involved in the Building Industry Association of Southern California and the Urban Land Institute Orange County/Inland Empire where she holds positions on the Sales & Marketing Council, the Programs Committee, and the Sage Council. She is also active in both the Temecula Chamber of Commerce and the Murrieta Chamber of Commerce. She gives back to the community by volunteering at Habitat for Humanity Inland Empire, Slow Food Inland Empire, and S.A.F.E.
