VICE PRESIDENT, BRAND STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENT

Chris has spent more than 30 years in the marketing communications field — with 20 of those years working with some of the best companies in real estate. His specialties include project naming, brand strategy and creative, and integrated marketing communications planning and execution. Chris has developed a strong respect for a few basic principles – keep it simple, keep all platforms aligned, and amplify the tactics that are working.

Chris has worked on a wide variety of projects – from TNDs to multifamily to active adult to master planned development — including several in RCLCO’s Top 50. He has led the strategic planning and marketing for award-winning and successful projects including The Villages, Baldwin Park, Lake Nona, Lakewood Ranch, Laureate Park, Magnolia Green, Naples Reserve, Solivita, Nocatee in Florida and Summerset at Frick Park, PA.

He has also managed successful marketing campaigns for Engineered Homes, Heartland Homes, ICI Homes & Communities, K. Hovnanian and Park Square Homes

His experience also includes marketing for multi-family communities including 1788 Holdings, MD, Sotheby’s International Real Estate, NY, London Bay Homes and
ZOM.

Chris received a Bachelor of Science, Public Relations degree from the University of Florida and continues his professional growth through his leadership of the Central Florida Chapter of the American Advertising Federation.
