Marketing Challenge: While Summerset at Frick Park is in a highly desirable part of Pittsburgh, at its inception the project was on a very undesirable strip of land that had once been an industrial dumping ground from the old steel manufacturing days. However, the views from the property and its adjacency to Squirrel Hill made it an ideal location for a stunning traditional neighborhood development. Through shrewd branding, a marketing campaign that focused on locals telling our story and an aggressive public relations strategy we were able to change the perception and tell the incredible story of this groundbreaking project.
