Marketing Challenge: Lakewood Ranch, or The Ranch, has been actively selling since 1994. While successful in the beginning, The Ranch has stagnated as a brand during the great recession. The team needed to bring new life to the sales and marketing efforts through a reinvigorated brand and accompanying marketing communications strategies.
