Marketing Challenge:  Baldwin Park faced several challenges – taking a brownfield to a greenfield in one of the most daunting demolition and re-use projects in the country; the public’s concern over land use, density and traffic impacts; and the belief that “no one will want to move to the Downtown Orlando area.” Despite the skepticism, Baldwin Park has become what it was envisioned to be, a successful and great neighborhood filled with dynamic and interesting people.
