Sally Fritch Castro



A seasoned advertising and marketing professional with more than 30 years of diverse experience, Sally has successfully managed multi-tiered marketing programs for a variety of prominent organizations in multiple industries, including Subway, Florida Hospital, Pulte Homes, Lennar Homes, Kennedy Space Center, and Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort. Her experience in homebuilding and master plan development spans over 20 years in Central Florida and includes some of the area’s most successful communities and builders including Arvida’s Heathrow, Park Square Homes, Landstar Homes, Florida Residential Communities, Centex Homes, Ryland Homes, Ryan Homes, and Greater Construction.

Sally has served in senior level account positions for some of the Central Florida region’s leading advertising and marketing agencies including Plan A PR & Marketing, Anson-Stoner, Bottom Line Advertising & Design, and Billie Heller & Co. As a senior executive, she has gained deep experience in working with a variety of clients and industries which has resulted in her extensive expertise in brand development and strategic marketing.

Sally brings a wealth of experience in the development of master planned communities from the entitlement process to grand opening of the community. She has been responsible for managing all design, production, media, and digital marketing services for builder and developer clients, as well as developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to meet their marketing objectives.

A proud “Florida Gator,” Sally holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Florida.
