With over 35 years of experience in selling and marketing homesites and new homes throughout the United States, Bill Haussmann is recognized as one of the real estate industry’s top-selling Realtors in selling new homes and communities throughout East Central Florida.

Bill’s extensive background includes over 34 years of real estate experience working with large masterplan community developers, local and national homebuilders, and as a residential Real Estate Broker at Haussmann Realty.

Considered an expert in sales and marketing for upscale masterplan communities, Bill led the sales team for Lowe Enterprises, LandMar, and later Crescent Resources/Duke Energy at Grand Haven, a popular and successful master-planned community featuring a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, spacious clubhouse, and lifestyle amenities designed for active full-time and seasonal residents situated on the Intracoastal River in Palm Coast.

Bill also was also a top-selling real estate association at Ibis Country Club in West Palm Beach, where the sales team won multiple NAHB awards for sales, amenities, marketing, and promotional programs.

Throughout his career, Bill’s clients and employers have included some of Florida’s and the nation’s leading builders including America West Homes, D R Horton, ICI Homes, and Paytas Homes. Bill has assisted with upscale master-planned community startups and consulted on community/project workout plans, assisting Developers in fine-tuning both human and physical resources to increase sales performance to exceed project expectations.

As a salesperson, Bill has received numerous national and regional Home Builder awards and recognition including the prestigious SAMI Award, and has been a consistent top producer in the markets he has served. Bill has also received several prestigious recognitions from the National Association of Realtors, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), and the Certified Sales Professional designation from the National Association of Homebuilders, making him part of a distinguished group of new home sales professionals.

As a new homes sales manager Bill has guided community sales teams to consistently exceed annual sales goals. In addition, Bill has assisted developers such as Lowe Enterprises, LandMar, and Crescent Resources in successfully managing, large-scale builder programs in Grand Haven and other communities in East Central Florida.
